Plot Summary
Charlie B Barkin (Steven Weber) and Itchy Ford (Dom de Luise) are back with Sasha (Sheena Easton) and the gang is having a Dickens of a time trying to save Christmas from Carface (Ernest Borgnine) and an evil spirit that wishes to use dogs all over the world to ruin Christmas forever.

When Carface teams up with the evil spirit Bella Dona Charlie's only chance at saving Christmas is to inject some goodwill into the greedy grumpy old brute.
