Christmas Craft For Toddlers |
Christmas celebrations are for everyone and even the preschool kids take part in various activities. Many types of decorations are needed for the different aspects of Christmas and small children regularly make such decorations.
Some preschool Christmas crafts for toddlers are given below. They can make the crafts and enjoy it too!
Alphabet collage craft
Materials:
- Cardstock or lightweight cardboard
- Glue
- Magazines or catalogs
Method:
- Cut out the pictures from the magazines that begin with each alphabet
- For example you can cut out the picture of an apple
- Fill out a whole page like this and make a fun collage
Apple Print Craft
Materials:
- Apples
- Paper Towels
- Styrofoam Plate, Meat Tray
- Construction Paper
- Paint
Method:
- Try cutting the apple in different ways
- Cut through the top to make a traditional apple print
- Cut through the middle to make apple star prints
- Fold the paper towel and lay it on the bottom of the styrofoam plate
- Pour the paint into the center of the paper towel to make it into a stamp pad
- Use the paint to represent different types of apples
These two of course do not mean that there are no more Christmas craft for toddlers. There are many such easy crafts whichare enjoyed by the young children.
