Please contact us by email mentioning your Order ID, Item Code, Name and reason for returning the product.
We would issue a Return Receipt Number (RRN) and the same would be intimated to you by email.
The return item must have a RRN else the same will not be refunded. Any item returned without RRN will not be credited.
No refund can be claimed for items which have been used, have pin holes, have any other markings, are received in a damaged form by ChristmasCarnivals due to improper packing by the customer while shipping.
The customer's request for return must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
ChristmasCarnivals will issue the RRN within 2 working days of receipt of return request.
The items must reach ChristmasCarnivals within 10 days from issue of RRN.
The refund will be issued within 10 working days, if all the above have been met. The original shipping amount will not be refunded. The refund would be done by Demand Draft or Charge Back on the credit card account.
