What can you do to make this year’s Valentine gift unique? Everyone shops for gifts why not do something different; this season. Try and give out handmade gifts for Valentine’s Day. Even if you don’t have a boyfriend or a girlfriend you can make handmade gifts for the class valentine party!
Heart cut outs and handmade cards
Get red colored glaze papers and trace hearts on the paper. Cut these little hearts and use them to make valentine cards. Use glitter and stars to decorate them. Write personalized messages to add warmth to the card.
Picture frames
Take a discarded cardboard or a shoe box. Trace a rectangular pattern such that it looks like a frame. The inner square should be slightly smaller than the outer rectangle. Cut along the lines such that the cut out looks like a frame. Cut another solid card board that can cover the entire frame at the back. You can use water colors and make thumb prints on the frame. Use glitter, stars and sequins to jazz up the frame. Write a personalized message at the bottom.
