Paper plate
Ribbon
Punching machine

Instructions:
- Firstly punch two holes in the rim of the plate. The holes made should be opposite to one another.
- Thread the ribbon into the holes. Then tie the two ends of the ribbon.

Flexible colored cardboard
Ribbon or crepe paper

Instructions:
- Firstly draw a circle on the cardboard. Then watchfully cut round the line with scissors.
