Strewn together with fancy ribbon, here's an array of lacy angels who appear heavenly swathed from a bough, on a mantel or around a balustrade.Find all the information on the Christmas Angel Garland at Christmas Carnivals.
For this you'll need: lacy white fabric or tulle, cotton balls, white and yellow yarn, yellow felt, white ribbon or cording, glitter glue, and beads or charms. To make each angel, place a cotton ball in the center of a square white fabric. Gather and tie it with white string or yarn to form head and gown. Trim the tops of the twine near the knot. Cut yellow string or yarn for a belt and tie it around the gown so as to leave sleeve notches large enough to thread ribbon through. Loop another piece of blonde filament or gold thread into a halo and paste it to the back of the angel's head.
Make five more angels and thread white ribbon or cording through the sleeves of each. For a festive touch, string beads or charms between the angels. Cut out a pair of yellow felt wings for each angel. Glue the glittered wings to the backs of the angels and your garland is ready to hang.
