The Native American conical tent, known as the teepee can also be built at the backyard of your house and by your kids very easily. If you want to make your kids enjoy the fun of creation and experiencing the feel of playing in a teepee, here is Christmas Carnivals providing you with the information and tips to guide your kids build the Christmas Backyard Teepee.
For making the teepee you will require the entire afternoon, and the materials you will require are canvas trap or the drop cloth, rope, strips of wood, and PVC pipes. First you will need to cut the canvas in a rectangular shape by leaving extra one foot at the folds. Now you will have to cut out the rope and tie one end of it along the fold and cut the rectangular portion out of the canvas. Next you will have to tie the PVC pipes together and post them in the shape of a tripod. Put the cut out canvas on the tripod and make the necessary stitches.
Your Christmas Backyard Teepee will be ready in a few hours and you can arrange the nativity scene in it or have your children play in it. Make sure that you involve your kids in helping you make the teepee.
