Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Drop 1 tablespoon of dough at a time onto baking sheets, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm. Let cool completely.

In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Beat well. Divide dough into three balls. Refrigerate overnight.

Cover, and chill dough until firm, about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease baking sheets. Roll dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness, and cut into man shapes using a cookie cutter. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies are golden at the edges. Cool on wire racks.
