Glue a green pompom on each side of snowman's head connecting earmuffs. Glue nose on center of face. Dot eyes and mouth with black fine point marker.
Write Let It Snow with white opaque marker. Glue snowflakes on felt. Cut a piece of red and white pin-dot ribbon. Tie a bow and paste at snowman's neckline.
