Append honey to your festival with a recipe on Holiday Brownies at Christmas Carnivals. A chocolate brownie- as it is sometimes fashioned- is a small, rich chocolate cake slice named after its rich brown color.
It is sometimes covered with confection or fudge and may contain nuts, chips (chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter, etc.).
Brownies often have an icing, popular flavors being chocolate icing or a sugar based icing flavored with either vanilla or mint extract.
For the Holiday Brownies, you'll need brownie mix, milk chocolate candies, cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract and whipped cream, if you desire. Preheat the oven to a fairly high temperature. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package guidelines. Spoon the batter into a baking pan, spreading evenly. Cover it with a cup of milk chocolate candies. In another mixing bowl, thoroughly batter the cream cheese with the sugar. Slowly add the heavy cream, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend the mixture until soft, grating down the sides of the bowl several times. Evenly spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter. Bake for an hour or so, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out almost clean. Remove and cool entirely. For an Option, before serving, top the stuff with a layer of whipped cream. Cut them into 2-inch squares. For all the details on Holiday Brownies, surf Christmas Carnivals
